Blue Ridge Mountain Club is a luxury mountain community located in the High Country of North Carolina. We worked with the BRMC Sales and Marketing teams to spread awareness through revamped branding, a new website, increased social media presence, media buys and periodic advertorials in luxury living publications throughout the region. We increased their presence across the board and witnessed exponential boom during the COVID pandemic, which allowed the community to bring in more amenities for their residents.
The brand refresh also gave us a chance to extend the lifestyle of BRMC to interested buyers through the BRMC Life Guide. This guide shows how folks actually LIVE at BRMC. As a very active, outdoorsy community, they encourage exploring the 60+ miles of trails, swimming, riding UTVs, and then come home to enjoy a relaxing day at the onsite spa or dinner with friends and family at one of the onsite restaurants. It really is an incredible experience, and we were able to paint the picture of more than just building or buying a home, it expressed the intent of building community instead.
